The set consists of:
Rosewood screw slide mortice/marking gauge. 1/8" thick brass face, the stock is locked by knurled brass turnscrew. Brass locking screw set in brass shield for precise adjustment. Hardened steel mortice pins on one side and single marking gauge pin on the other.
Rosewood 9" Try Square + Mitre Square. Double brassed to ensure accuracy and give protection from wear with sprung steel blade. All secured with the traditional steel rivets with inset brass diamond washers. Accuracy calibrated to BS3322 Rosewood Sliding Bevel, brass faced with brass locking nut and tempered steel blade Rosewood Marking Knife. Secured with brass rivets.
